I have successfully accomplished what I set out to do: translate the Final Fantasy X Ultimania Omega. At least, the sections that as far as I can tell had not yet before been translated into English. I hope you all enjoy reading through all of this as much and more than I had translating it.
There are several sections I left alone, since I am pretty sure all the information in those sections can be found elsewhere. Those sections are:

Data for fiends from the Monster Arena
Descriptions and data for fiends outside the Monster Arena
A guide for how to use the CTB battle system
“Secrets” for specific gameplay events
Interview with the Japanese voice cast
